He is survived by: his children, Lana Prine and Randy Artz; his grandchildren, Mandy Carlton, Jennifer Orbe, Lauren Hayward, Mataline Parker and Blake Artz; his siblings, Patsy Hardin, Shirley Ferguson, Linda Kutil and Tommy Artz; and his brother-in-law Doug Trainer. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.

A burial will be held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Park (1701 Austin Hwy, San Antonio, TX 78218).
