He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Jarzombek and Carolyn Jarzombek (Pawelek); his father-in-law Bill Grant; his sister Lorraine Bishop; and his grandson Kamden Patrick.
He is survived by: his significant other Tammy Grant Jarzombek; his children, Justin Yaklin (Nicole), D'Laine Patrick (Patran), Stacie Aguilera (Ramiro), Kimberly Chapman (Manning) and Andy Yaklin (Gianna); his grandchildren, Lindsey, Warner, Whittman Yaklin, Mackenzie, Kyle, Makayla, Kelci Patrick, Haley, Isabella, Aniston Aguilera, Noble, Blaine Chapman, Katy Jo, Kayden Yaklin and Kayce James Yaklin; his great grandchild Emory Aguilera; his siblings, Marvin Jarzombek (Phyllis) and Elaine Felux; and his mother-in-law Maxine Grant. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews and so many other loving relatives and friends.
