She was predeceased by: her father William Dimitroff. She is survived by: her mother Pamella Dimitroff; her husband Jonathan Somogyi; her daughters, Juliana Somogyi and Jenavieve Somogyi; her mother-in-law Robin Somogyi; and her sister Amanda Dimitroff. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A memorial has been established in Regina's name for Traumatic Brain Injury Research.
