She is survived by: her husband Gilbert E. Hoffmann; her children, Lamar Cook and Sherry Schwall (Richard); her stepsons, Michael Hoffmann (Louise), David Hoffmann (Barbara) and Gregory Hoffmann; her grandchildren, Stacy, Daniel, Kaylee and Joel; and her great grandchildren, Emily and Will. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
