She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alvin Eddie and Hattie Frieda Volkmann (Baenziger); her brother Alvin P. Volkmann; her grandson Joshua Roseland; her husband Jimmie Penshorn; her children, Karen Leinweber (Mark), Laurie Guerrero, Darryl Penshorn (Rebe), Brian Penshorn (Charmin) and Todd Penshorn (Glori); and her sisters-in-law, Jane Pakebusch and Kathy Volkmann. She was also cherished by 14 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren.
