He is survived by: his children, Jerry Wayne Starkey, II (Katie) and Brock Andrew Starkey; his grandchildren, Spencer Kate Starkey and Palmer Leigh Starkey; and his sister Sandra Watson (Wally). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
