With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maria Valdez (La Vernia, Texas), who passed away on August 22, 2019 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Tomas Ojeda and Alejandra Ojeda (Ortiz); her husband Mercedez Valdez; and her children, Bennie Valdez, Teresa V. Smith, Eddie Valdez, Rudy Valdez, Sarah Valdez and Mary Ann Valdez.
She is survived by: her children, Lydia V. Arredondo, Delia V. Rangel, Frank O. Valdez and Leonard O. Valdez. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and many loving friends.
