He is survived by: his friend Louis; his son Wayne Wootan (Sharon); his grandchildren, Joey Wootan (Amy), Jennifer Blankenship (Bill) and Shelley Helbert (Jeremy); his great grandchildren, Joshua Wootan (Codi), Lane Wootan, Hailey Balleza (Fernando) and Paislee Helbert; and also Louis. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
