We are sad to announce that on September 4, 2020, at the age of 77, Linda Newcomb of La Vernia, Texas, born in Las Vegas, New Mexico passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest Gordon Barrow and Rovine Endy Thomas; the father of her child Gerald Joseph Gaspard; her sister Earnestine "Tina" Barrow; and her grandparents, Earnest Franklin Barrow, Elizabeth "Lizzie" Artimishi Cox, Thomas Jefferson "Jeff" Thomas, Jr. and Amelia Gertrude Bell Pitts.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Garry Newcomb; her daughter Glenda Ann Grissom; her son-in-law Don; her stepchildren, Joshua Newcomb and Sarah Newcomb; her grandchildren, Kristopher Anthony "Tony" Grissom and Tiffany Marie Lindsey (Douglas); her great grandchildren, Natalie Ann Lindsey, Liliana Denise Lindsey and Jensen Thomas Grissom; and her siblings, Virginia Ann Barrow Gaspard of Moncia, LA and Jerry Dale Barrow of Longview, TX. She is also survived by five step grandchildren and five step great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.
