She is survived by: her children, Chanda Rhodes (Jerry Tucker), Cheniese Siko (Teles), Samantha Miller (Dean) and Timothy Garrison; her grandchildren, Warren, Jubilyn, Summer, Nathan, Lincoln, Emma, Levi, Landon, Kaiden and Jade; her great grandchild Bonnie; her father John Higgins; and her siblings, Timothy Higgins, Zechariah Higgins and Leah Higgins. She is also survived by numerous cousins and many dear friends.
