He is survived by: his parents, Brendyn "Bo" Loren Dillard and Hannah Oliva Rose Caoili; his grandmothers, Barbara Caoili and Patsy Dillard; his great-grandparents, Luis D. Gallardo and Patsy S. Buckley; and his godmother Angel DeLaRosa. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other family and many friends.

In lieu of flowers monetary donations may be made in Johnny's name to Babies Gone Too Soon Organization.
