She was predeceased by: her parent Tilmon T.; her husband Thomas Troy Spivey; her daughter Adele Goeth (A. C. Goeth, Jr.); her grandchildren, Suann Stone, Susan Scott and Randall Troy Goeth; and her sister Kathryn Schnitz.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, A. Conrad Goeth, III (Terrie), Cynthia Robinson (Ray) and Melanie Goeth; and her grandchildren-in-law, Douglas Scott and Mildred Goeth. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren; 21 great-great-grandchildren; 2 great, great, great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives.
In lieu of flowers memorial gifts can be made to the American Cancer Society, in Hannah's name.
