He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Waltisperger and Laura Waltisperger; his wife Bernice Anna Bretzke Waltisperger; and his siblings, Robert Waltisperger and Mary Scull.
He is survived by: his children, Anna Waltisperger and Nelson Waltisperger (Debbie); and his grandchildren, Josh Waltisperger (Jamie), Andrea Waltisperger, Lindsey Strickland and Stacey Waltisperger. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Finch Funeral Chapel (13767 US Hwy 87 E, Adkins, TX 78121). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery.
