It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florentino Santoyo of La Vernia, Texas, who passed away on December 3, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Jose Santoyo; his wife Amalia Arenas; his parents, Salvador Santoyo and Ildefonsa Santoyo (Lara); and his siblings, Vicente, Feliciano, Gertrudis, Maxima, Severiana, Anastacio and Jose Santoyo.
He is survived by: his children, Carmen, Maria Luisa, Martin, MaImelda, Antonia, MaElena, Humberto, Florentino and Sandra Santoyo; and his siblings, Maria Jesus, Refugio, Epifania and Margarita Santoyo. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends.
