He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorenzo and Severina; and his brother Luis. He is survived by: his wife Maria Avila Guzman (Rosalie); his children, Eloy Jr., Patricia Ann and Diana Louise; and his siblings, Feliciano (Mary), Lucia and Mateo. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, a great granddaughter.
