He was predeceased by: his father Donald Blose; and his sister-in-law Nikki. He is survived by: his children, Steven and Samantha; his mother Donna Blose; his grandsons, Brody and Bradley; and his siblings, Brian (Patty), Becky Baze (Hal), Barb Hipsher (Mike), Brenda Harris (Bill) and Barrett. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
