He is survived by: his wife Carroll; his children, Howard Dorsett (Beth) and Kellie Montoya (Juan); his grandchildren, Katelyn McCloskey, Kyle Dorsett, Kohl Dorsett, Madison Montoya and Austin Montoya; and his sisters, Audrey Good (Richard) and Juanita Scott (John). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Tunnel to Towers Foundation (t2t.org) in Bill's memory to support fellow veterans in need.
