He is survived by: his spouse Guadalupe Melendrez; and his children, Santos Vera Jr. (Laura) of La Pryor, Sylvia of La Pryor, Juan Ramon Vera, Florencia of Uvalde, Oscar Vera (Juanita McGary) of Indiana, Dimas Vera (Sonia) of La Pryor, Eloy Vera (Angie) of La Pryor, Pablo Vera (Vanessa) of La Pryor, David Vera of Dallas, Gloria Rojas (Jorge) of La Pryor, John (Maria Gaitan), Rosalinda Montanez (Leo Grando) of La Pryor, Yolanda Vera of Odessa and Amanda Vera of La Pryor. He is also survived by 44 Grandchildren, 104 Great Grandchildren, 30 Great- great grandchildren.
