She is survived by: her parents, John Gaitan and Maria Vera; her children, Antonio Gonzales, Daniel Gonzales, Ethan Gonzales, Paul Gaitan of San Antonio and June Gonzales of La Pryor, Texas; and her siblings, John Paul Gaitan of Corpus Christi and Abigail Gaitan (Miguel Moreno) of Corpus Christi. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home (424 Geraldine St, Uvalde, TX 78801). A rosary was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (620 W Benson St, La Pryor, TX 78872).
