He is survived by: his mother Maria Del Socorro Rojas; his children, Jose Ruben Rosas Jr. of Sabinal, Francisco Javier Rosas of La Pryor, Brianda Rosas of La Pryor and Selica Rosas Justice (Zach) of Sabinal; his grandchildren, Cain Velasquez, Keanu Justice, Kaydence Martinez, Kaitlyn Velasquez and Athena Velasquez; and his siblings, Martin Rosas Jr., Miguel Rosas, Hector Rosas, Javier Rosas, Rene Rosas, Hilda Toscano and Gabriela McHazlett.
A rosary was held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home (424 Geraldine St, Uvalde, TX 78801). Visitation was held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (620 W Benson St, La Pryor, TX 78872).
