He is survived by: his daughters, Maria De La Luz of La Pryor and Yolanda Bailey (Raymond) of Port Neches; his siblings, Guadalupe Rios of San Antonio, Rosa Rios of Castroville and Humberto Rios of San Antonio; his daughter-in-law Dolores Rios of La Pryor; and his grandchildren, Ricardo Victorino Jr. of La Pryor, Lucia Juanita Victorino of La Pryor, Angelica Victorino of La Pryor, Andrea Najera Rios of La Pryor, Deyanira Rios of La Pryor, Elias Rios of La Pryor, Martin Aaron Rios of La Pryor and Jose Rios of La Pryor.
