He is survived by: his wife Viola Bermea Villanueva of La Pryor; his children, Angelica Villanueva (Anthony Gallegos) of La Pryor, Maria Esperanza Villanueva of La Pryor, Carla Ann Villanueva of La Pryor, Carlos Villanueva, Jr. (Dora Delgado Villanueva) of La Pryor, Danny Joe Villanueva (Kelly) of La Pryor and John Robert Villanueva (Missy Contreras) of La Pryor; and his brothers, Gonzalo Villanueva of La Pryor, Valentine Villanueva, Jr. of La Pryor and Ruben Villanueva of La Pryor. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
