He is survived by: his wife Linda Marie Gutierrez; and his children, Tomas Gutierrez Jr., Juan Angel Gutierrez, Johnny Solis and Lisa Marie (Raul Zarate). He is also survived by many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
