He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvin Leon Maxwell and Nellie Louis King. He is survived by: his wife Laura Maxwell; his children, MicahShea (Taylor Fenner) and Brady Maxwell; his granddaughters, Kinsley and Laelynn Fenner; and his siblings, Jacquelyn White, Kathy Bates (Vernon), Larry Maxwell (Angela), Lydia Hyde (John) and Randy Maxwell (Julia). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
