She is survived by: her husband Joseph Szalai; her children, Jennifer Windham (Gene Trick) and Jonathan (Amirah); her granddaughter Naomi; her former husband Harold Windham; her mother DeWanda Pomonis; her sister Wanda Pomonis; her nephews, George and Justin Whaley; her brother Nick Pomonis; her nieces and nephews, Jason Pomonis, Whitney Sprott, Courtney Fontenot, Michelle Brown and Nicki Messina; her sister Deb Blackwell (Mike Blackwell); and her nephews, Charles and Benjamin Blackwell.
