He was predeceased by: his parents, E. H. McCain and Alice McCain; his sister Francis Pollard; and his pet Rambo. He is survived by: his wife Vickie; his children, Christa Ashlock (Nathan), Amanda Ward (Jeff) and Coy Oliver (Brooke); his siblings, William McCain (Becky), Phillip McCain (Belinda), Debra Gibson (Marvin) and Rhonda Johnson (Johnny); and his grandchildren, Dayton, Kase Ashlock, Tyler and Chloe Mahalec. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
