He was predeceased by: his parents, Spurgeon Miller and Marie Miller; and his wife Glenda Miller. He is survived by: his sons, Sean Miller and Christopher Miller (Skye); his grandchildren, Vance Miller, Alyssa Miller, Brye Miller, Gabriella Miller and Jeremy Endsley; his great grandchildren, Delilah Miller and Nova Miller; and his friend Joe Milam. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
