He was predeceased by: his parents, James Paul Withers and Edna Ona Mathews; his wife Patricia Marlene Withers; his son Kenneth Randall Withers; and his brother Paul Withers.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Windham (Mike) and Richard Withers (Eva); his grandchildren, Kristen, Joshua and Caleb; and his brother Troy Withers.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Grand View Funeral Home (8501 Spencer Hwy, Pasadena, TX 77505). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM.
