He is survived by: his father Oscar Armstrong Jr.; his wife Nellene; his children, John Armstrong Jr., Amanda Gentry (Elliot), Andrew Armstrong (Leslie), Bethny Como (Christopher), Dylan Barnard and Ella Armstrong; his siblings, Lisa Danek (Danny), Rusty Armstrong (Robin), Bill Peebles, Les Peebles Jr., Chris Armstrong (Shelly), Mesha Flynn (Joe), Stephen Armstrong (Sandra) and Brandi Babcock (Tony); his grandchildren, Trey Armstrong, Ally Armstrong, Trianna Jones, Gannon Greenan, Dylan Gentry, Alden Armstrong and Freya Armstrong; and also Betty Armstrong. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, and cousins.
