It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joaquin Alfredo Cavazos of La Porte, Texas, born in Raymondville, Texas, who passed away on August 27, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria DeLaLuz and Narciso Cavazos Jr.; his daughter Veronica Cavazos; and his brothers, Narciso Cavazos III and Esteban Cavazos.
He is survived by: his wife Rosa Maria Cavazos; his sons, Javier Cavazos (April), Joaquin (JC) and Oscar Cavazos (Amanda); and his grandchildren, Xavier Cavazos, Payton Alissa Cavazos (RJ), Alexis Paige Cavazos and Henley Grace Cavazos.
