She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Oren A. Alsbrooks and Marie Howel Alsbrooks Cheatham; and her father Robert Forgy Sr.. She is survived by: her mother Corliss Alsbrooks Forgy; her daughter Eryn Brooke Forgy Saunders; her grandsons, Madden and Logan Saunders; her siblings, Steve Forgy, Larry Brewer, Gemey K. Carter and Casey Ratliff; and her significant other Jeri Elam. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family; long time best friend.
