It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Heather Savannah Chapman of La Porte, Texas, born in Lubbock, Texas, who passed away on May 9, 2021, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Jane Choate (Stanton). She is survived by: her father Phillip Weldon; her husband Robert Chapman; her children, Cymber Morgan (Ashlee) and Cameron Choate; her brother Philip Christopher Choate; her nephew Daniel Christopher Choate; and her grandchildren, Jayden, Trinity, Sagan and Everett.
