He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Duval and Patricia May; and his sister Lucy Shara. He is survived by: his wife Naomi Duval; his children, Christina Duval (James Hensley) and Cameron Duval; his grandchildren, James and Hakeem Patterson; his siblings, Steven Duval, Todd Duval, Robert Duval and Karen Hinsley; and his caregivers, Jordan, Emily, Amber, Melissa, John, Stacey, Erica, Isabel, Jennifer and Courtney Koenig. He is also survived by many brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, and a host of beloved nieces, nephews, and great nieces.
