He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Lowrey and Mary Cobb (Jonne Lowrey); and his sisters, Theresa Edwards and Carolyn Buntyn. He is survived by: his daughter Rachel Tucker (Jason); his granddaughter Courtney Tucker; and his brothers, Fred Matthews and Phillip Wilson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephew.
