He was predeceased by: his mother Maria Christina Palacios; and his siblings-in-law, Hilarion and Gloria Flores. He is survived by: his father Alberto Jr. Palacios; his wife Gloria Palacios; his children, Laura Flores, Jacob Palacios (Melanie) and Marian Palacios (Daniel Russo); his grandchildren, Louisa "Lulu" Seibert and Reinhardt Anuanu Russo; and his siblings, Maria "Lottie" McNair (Bob) and Burt Palacios (Gena). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins, and longtime friends.
