He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas E. Willson and Cecil Willson; his wife Anne Willson; his daughter Lynda Evans; his son-in-law Larry Evans; his brother Tom Wilson; his children, Cliff Willson (Brenda), Pat Gilliam (Ronnie) and Janet Stiles (Richard); and his brothers, Robert Willson and Royce Willson. He was also cherished by ten grandchildren; twenty one great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.
