He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rives and Mattie Scroggins Rives; his wife Pamela J. Rives; and his brother Dennis Rives. He is survived by: his children, Danny L. Rives, Jr. (Dennise Moreno-Rives) and Melissa J. Vallejos (Michael); his siblings, Rick Rives (Vickie) and Joyce Kussad (Isam); and his grandchildren, Alexander Vallejos, Felicity Vallejos, Oliver Vallejos and Raeven Grace Rives. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
