He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ronald F. Perry Jr., Mickey Perry, Margaret Perry and Cheryl Perry (Voorhees); and his grandson Christian Bouton.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Perry (Love Joy); his children, Danny K Perry (Tara Perry), Heather Perry (Ronald Perry), Julie Perry (John Sutton), Angel Perry (Doyle Wosley) and Danielle Rhoads (Josh Robertson); his stepsons, Dennis Youst, Richard Youst, Daryl Youst and Robert Youst; his siblings, Linda Glisch (Greg Glisch), Thomas Perry (Arin Perry) and Paul Perry; and his siblings-in-law, Donna Perry, Linda Perry, Kenny Benjamin and Williams Voorhees (Yvonne Voorhees). He is also survived by 19 Grandchildren; 27 Great Grandchildren, other nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
