He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Powell and Nell Leddy Powell; his grandparents, Charles Leddy (Paw Paw) and Elma Leddy (Maw Maw); and his siblings, Flourine McCullough, Mary Cockerham, Charles Leddy and Bill Powell.

He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kay Powell; his children, Jay Carruth (Lisa) and Kelly Deardorff (Steve); his grandchildren, Robby Holland, Jake Holland (Taylor) and Jaymee Carruth; and his sister Britty Jean Deere.

Donations in Bobby's memory may be made to the Shriners, Wounded Warrior Project or charity of your choice.
