He is survived by: his wife Adalma Barragan of Perez; his children, Victor M. Perez Jr., Devani V. Perez, Janie M. Perez, Andre M. Perez, Heidi S. Perez and Marleny E. Perez; his parents, Celia Rubio and Jose M. Perez; and his siblings, Guillermo, Maricela, Viviana, Virginia and Liliana.
A memorial service was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the James Crowder Funeral Home (401 Texas Ave, La Marque, TX 77568). A burial will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Galveston Memorial Park Cemetery (7301 Memorial St, Hitchcock, TX 77563).
