She was predeceased by: her husband James Allen, Sr.; her parents, Lee Carraway and Adell Carraway; her siblings, Joe Willie Carraway, Raymond Carraway, Sr., Rose Lee Carethers, Dorothy Bell and Helen Carraway; and her children, Robert Lee Allen and Patricia Ann Allen.
She is survived by: her sisters, Willie Mae Miller, Novile Lee Jones, Katherine McKnight and Annie Mae Lockett; and her children, Virgil Mitchell, James Allen, Glenn Allen, Anthony Allen, Nick Lamar, Vergie Aldridge, Linda Thomas, Shevanda Lewis (Melveric), Aserea Scott (Terry) and Shemeqwa Walker (Keith). She is also survived by grand kids; plenty nieces and nephews; a host of other relatives and friends.
