He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommie D. McNeill and Ernest McNeill; his grandparents, Necil and Arthur Hall; his stepfather Rusty Parrish; his brother Ruben Parrish; and his parents-in-law, Dorothy, Mac and McDonald.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnn McDonald McNeill; his daughters, Wendi Jo (Ricky Barger) and Melissa Ann McNeill; and his siblings, Tommy McNeill (Patsy) and Toni Galicia. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
