She is survived by: her husband Frank Edward Polivka Jr. (Ed) of La Marque, TX; her daughters, Mary Lading (Mark) of La Marque, TX and Nancy Simental (Carlos) of Tomball, TX; her grandchildren, Scott Polivka (Angela), Matt Polivka (Lauren), Brooke Lading, Alex Lading, Charles Simental, Courtney Simental, Tiffany Simental and Frank Edward Polivka IV (Ivan); her great grandchildren, Jonathon Polivka Jr., Alyssa Polivka, Logan Polivka and Ashton Polivka; her sisters, Cynthia Ingrasin, Lula Millo and Susan Fazzino (Charles); her nieces and nephews, Tom Ingrasin (Jen), Catherine Ingrasin, Lisa Delavecchio, Chris Millo (Jolene), Nicholas Millo, Robyn Stawarz (Nic), Heather Fazzino (Christen), Harlan (Trey) and Russell (Lisa); her great-nephew Jacob Russell; her great-nieces, Grace Ingrasin and Emily Ingrasin; and also Edward Millo (Charlene).
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the James Crowder Funeral Home (401 Texas Ave, La Marque, TX 77568). Viewing was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:55 AM at the Trinity Baptist Church (2220 29th St N, Texas City, TX 77590). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
