She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ivy Hockless Holt and Doris Fisher; her husband Charlie E., Sr. of Washington; her daughters, Clotile and Valerie Lilly; her brothers, Edward H. Fisher, Jr. and Carl Fisher; her daughter Norvell Green; her son-in-law Lafe; her sister Linda Fisher-Griggs (Russell); and her sister-in-law Pamela Fisher. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

She was a member of the Golden Bells Social & Charity Club where she also served as president at one time.
