She was predeceased by: her parents, Eulalio Gutierrez and Augustina Gutierrez; her siblings, Lalo Gutierrez, Jesus Gutierrez, Sofia Cabrera and Olivia Herrera; her grandson Adam Garcia; her daughter Teresa Martinez; her great grandchild Abigail Garcia; and her daughter-in-law Sylvia Perez.

She is survived by: her children, Eloisa Drisgill (Robert Drisgill), Humberto Perez and Benjamin Garcia; her grandchildren, Crystal (Carlos), Jessica, Jennifer (Ray), Brandy (Bill), Joel (Mary), Andrea (Michael), Ruben and David; her great grandchildren, Carlos, Victoria, Michael, Marie, Ethan (Nina) and Xavier; her great great grandchildren, Adrian and Ariella; and her siblings, Joe Audon Gutierrez, Petra Flores, Erlinda Rayas, Lupe Salas, Janie Miranda, Yolanda Gutierrez and Josie Melendez Maria. She is also survived by numerous family members and close friends.
