She was predeceased by: her siblings, Marshall Phillips (Zelene), Verdis Phillips (Dean), Marie Kinard (Hermann), Mildred Wood (Doyle), Mary Joe Davis and Marvin Phillips; her sister-in-law Anne Phillips; and her son-in-law David O'Neal.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda O'Neal and Mary Meza; her grandchildren, David Broom (Donna), David O'Neal, Kelli Trout (Thomas), Molly O'Neal, Kati Farias (Eddie) and Patrick O'Neal (Amy); her great grandchildren, Sam, Jon Henry and Guy Broom; her grandchildren, Colton, Zachary, Wesley Trout, Luke Farias and Betty O'Neal; her brother Sidney Phillips; and her sister-in-law Janice Phillips. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
