He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Petrasek Kivch and Jack J. Kivch, Sr. of Galveston; and his daughter Jovan Kivch. He is survived by: his children, Ricky, Carolyn, Daniel and Debra; and his siblings, Adolph and Mary Helen. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
