She was predeceased by: her siblings, Thomas Wayne and Etta Mae Harris; her children, Albert John Simons and Rebecca Lynn Simons; and also, John Simons and Rudolph Mitchell.
She is survived by: her brother Nellie Delitha Stewart; her daughter Nellie Ratliff; her sisters, Joyce Grimes, Martha Engman and Barbara Stanley; and her grandchildren, James German, Kimberly German, Julie Fox and Krista Wilson.
