He was predeceased by: his father Edelmiro Montemayor; and his siblings, Josephine Montemayor, Edelmiro "Mario" Montemayor and Enrique "Henry" Montemayor. He is survived by: his mother Concepcion Garcia Montemayor; his wife Maria Montemayor; his children, Jeni Pena (Mario), Gabrielle Montemayor and Matthew Montemayor; his granddaughter Zoey Pena; his brothers, Esteban "Steve" Montemayor (Rachael), Eloy Montemayor (Vickie) and Esiquiel "Zeke" Montemayor; and his pets, Emma and Pebbles. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nephews.
