He is survived by: his wife Cindy Andrisek; his children, Amy O'Connor (John) and Tony Andrisek; his grandchildren, Ty O'Connor, Cole O'Connor and Braelynn Andrisek; his stepdaughters, Natalie Young and Laurie Mayes (John); his grandchildren, Taylor Young, Riley Fisher and Nathan Fisher; and his siblings, David Andrisek (Janie), Beth Buckner (Randy) and Barbara Garibaldi (Bubba).
